A note from Stacey - Owner of Doodle Media Inc.

We are merging everyone from using regular emails to contact myself to actually using the Client Area support desk since my mailbox has just become too much for one person to handle. I ask you to please use our support ticket area to contact myself and the rest of my team to ensure a prompt turn-around on your maintenance requests and general questions. I'm still here and available to you, however, I do have several team members here ready to help you as well. I'd really appreciate your cooperation in this matter. I'll take a few moments to give you a brief introduction to the people you will be talking to. I always like to know who I'm talking to when I go to these support desks. :) I do answer the tickets in the support area and the other team member you'll get often is Dragos. He is one of our coders and really my right hand man here. HTML, XHTML and CSS are his specialties. If you have a design question, he will most likely flag me for the ticket but if you need coding help, he is "the man" and is fully capable of solving many issues that come through here. If you need help with ECT Cart / Doodle Cart / HTML / CSS / making your site load faster - he will most likely be on your support request. Lokesh is our PHP coder. He is one of the best coders out there and will be on any custom modification job for shopping carts and applications of this nature. If you need a completely unique application or modification to your shopping cart - he can most likely do it. He's fast and efficient. Lokesh also does most of the upgrades on the shopping carts. Teresa is our billing girl. Late on your payments?? You'll probably be hearing from her. :) She doesn't seem to be the popular one around these parts! And last but not least, Amy, who also handles routine maintenance such as stocking shopping carts and image resizing. We do have other team members, but these are the people that may answer your requests from time to time so I just wanted to take a moment to introduce you. Know that they have all been with me for at least two years and I fully trust them to do you right. Thank you for your continued business! Without you we couldn't have grown to where we are now!!Stacey KingDoodle Media Inc.

Leaving your credit card on file in the client area

Regarding automatic payments with your credit card on file:If you prefer to have all of your bills paid by one card, you may leave your credit card details with us and our system will automatically run all bills on their due date to keep your account current. This is for recurring hosting payments and any other invoices that are generated to your account such as maintenance or design invoices. If you choose not to have your card billed automatically, do not leave your card details in the client area as your card will be charged on the invoice due date.Thank you,Teresa Birk - Billing Dept.
